God is always previousPosted on February 18th, 2011.
When Mom Bruton and I would be sitting in the kitchen talking about “life”. She would often say, “God is always previous”. As I walk through the days since my father passed away, I have to remind myself that God is in control. God knew that when I left home at 18 years of age, I would miss the family reunions, birthdays, enchilada dinners with my family. But God also knew that His plan for my life included leading me to Sally, getting married and going to Africa to work along side Paul and Helen Bruton. Eventually working for major ministries. Even now I can’t see all that is ahead but I know God is already there. He is not only with me but also with you. He knows what you are facing, He is always previous. Can you and I trust Him? There really is no other way, is there?
