Recently, we received exciting news of how God is working through the men and women ofn Northern Bible College graduates in Tanzania. One report from Rosemary Julius is as follows:

“We have been engaged in missionary trips through the college where I am now teaching.

Our students have field ministry periods during which they leave the college to plant churches in rural areas. As instructors, our responsibility is to visit those ministry stations and supervise the work being done there.

Because of this, I have been traveling a lot. In fact, I only returned to college yesterday after being away for quite some time.

These three Muslim ladies came secretly for prayers, because they were afraid of the leaders of the Islamic Mosque. However, after witnessing to them, they gave their lives to Christ! We give all the glory to Jesus. If you will pray for them, their names are as follows: Mariam, Mwajuma, and Aziza.

As you can see in the pictures, we took them to an open-air Gospel meeting, and they were no longer afraid. They danced joyfully and celebrated with great happiness.

Also, Mama Sally, I’m wearing a gold necklace. It is one of my most treasured necklaces. It was you and Mama Gayle Henegar who gifted it to me in 2021.

May God richly bless you, Mama. Every time I wear it while preaching the Gospel, it makes me shine, and it gives me a dignified and elegant appearance. It reminds me that in Christ Jesus, we are precious and richly blessed. Every time I wear it, I think of you and the people of African Moons with gratitude and love.” Pastor Rose Mary Julius

As we write this letter, Joel is preparing to leave for Arusha tomorrow, Thursday, July 9. Please pray for God’s protection and guidance.

Because of your generosity, our home is filled with suitcases packed with gifts for the Special-Needs Children in the government schools and Safe Home for Children with Disabilities. This time, the deaf children will receive four Lenovo tablets loaded with software designed especially for them. These tablets, along with a new color printer, are just a few of the many blessings you, our African Moons partners, have made possible.

Plus! There is a huge gift in store for the staff and children of “Safe Home”! You will hear more about that next letter. It is thrilling….

Thank you for your extra giving this month. This trip is made possible because of your generosity and love for God’s work in Tanzania. Never do we take for granted how God provides when we share with you the needs of African Moons. Your continued regular support keeps the work funded at the Bible College, the Shalom Orphanage, and for the Special Needs Children of Arusha.

In closing, we are praying for many of our partners who are facing challenging health issues. In addition, we agree with you for the salvation of our children and their children.

“Faith doesn’t always make things easy—it makes them possible.” Luke 1:37 “For nothing will be impossible with God.”
